When will my package be shipped?

We ship packages Monday through Friday by 3 pm EST. Orders are shipped within one business day of successful payment processing.

How much is my shipping rate?

We offer two shipping service levels: Standard and Expedited.

Standard Domestic Shipping: $7.99* (7-10 days)

Expedited Domestic Shipping: $14.99* (2-3 days)

*excluding orders to Alaska, Hawaii, and other non-contiguous U.S. locations

How do I get free shipping?

We offer free shipping on orders over $49 (2 or more puzzles), excluding orders to Alaska, Hawaii, and other non-contiguous U.S. locations. In addition, free shipping is applied to the order subtotal after discounts.
